Dulcet Video is a video maker that enables you to create short videos. A great feature of this app is that you can shoot the video by long press the camera button, and release the button to take a break, then long press the button to continue shooting. How to use:

Long press the button to do the filming, and release the button to stop. You can resume the filming by long press the camera button again. If you are not satisfied with a clip you just shot, just delete the clip with the button left to the camera button.
